Important Update: System of Care Program Ending May 16, 2025
It is with deep gratitude and sincere reflection that we share the news that the Lycoming-Clinton System of Care program will officially conclude on May 16, 2025. This marks the end of our grant-funded initiative supported by SAMHSA.
While the decision to relinquish the grant was difficult, it was made after careful consideration of the challenges involved in meeting federal grant expectations within the given time frame. We want to emphasize that this outcome is not a reflection of the dedication or work ethic of our SOC team. On the contrary – our staff worked tirelessly to strengthen cross-system collaboration and to elevate family-driven, youth-guided care throughout Lycoming and Clinton counties.
We remain proud of the progress made in our community toward building more coordinated, compassionate supports for children and youth with emotional or behavioral health needs. The System of Care philosophy – which emphasizes individualized services, family involvement, and collaborative planning – will continue to guide local efforts as we move forward.
We extend heartfelt thanks to every family, provider, and partner who has contributed to this initiative.
